Over the years, Schubert GmbH has been able to steadily expand its experience and knowledge in the machine and mold tool segment and is increasingly supplying customers in other European countries. From the outset the excellent expertise of our team allows us to advise our customers in the development process of a blister design - with regard to the feasibility of forming and sealing. While doing this, we try of course to to implement our customers wishes whenever possible.

Our expertise: The most complex blister tools

For us, it is no problem to construct and manufacture tools with an undercut as a stand blister, or a double carton blister in addition to normal blister tools. A big advantage here is our design division with the new Catia V5 software. We are happy to create corresponding blister packaging drawings which you can use as a basis for discussion with your customers (suppliers).

We can also serve our customers very quickly and at low cost with corresponding spare parts for tools of the HSA lines. Likewise, we can also assist you in the search for production companies or in the purchase of thermoforming machines, by means of our very good contacts to second hand machine dealers and contract manufacturers.
