Schubert GmbH will be pleased to provide you with the cutting geometry and thus the external geometry of your tray according to your tool. Through years of cooperation with leading cutters manufacturers, we supply you with a solid, accurate cutting tool with the necessary installation dimensions for your deep drawing machine. We offer cutting tools in wood or temperature-controlled cutting tools in aluminum.

In order to ensure good handling, we establish - if desired - breakpoints within the cutting geometry which prevent premature separation from the carrier film.

Self-centering (form-centering) cutting tools

For high demands on the dimensional accuracy of the cutting edge, the Schubert GmbH offers you self-centering cutting tools. Here, the sectional geometry aligns to the tray or blister geometrie. The cutting lines, the so-called floating section (also called self-centering cut), are adapted to an aluminum core and are mounted on a support plate in a floating way.

Since the Schubert GmbH archives all construction data, cutting tools can be ordered at any time and cutting tools made of aluminum can be newly dimensioned promptly.
