First outlines as a basis for your customers

With the scope of our design, we are aligned to your specifications. In this way, we will provide you with first data as a basis for discussions with your customers or suppliers. However, Schubert GmbH also provides you with ready-to-use layout designs, including foil thickness with stacking and recognizable component fixation, which allow you to evaluate the future tray according to your criteria.

In order to provide you with an even better discussion basis with your partners, Schubert GmbH produces first sample shapes made of aluminum and also thermoforms, first plastic moldings. In this way you can easily check the component position and the component fixation..

After the release of the layout and the sample form, we produce the thermoforming serial tool and then we can recomend to you a competent thermoforming company, which will accompany you on your way to the finished tray.
